Users generally cannot create their own WorkDesk24 accounts through the mobile application.

Similarly, users do not have a self-service account deletion function within the mobile application.

If an employee wants their WorkDesk24 account to be deleted or deactivated, they should contact their organization's authorized WorkDesk24 administrator.

The organization administrator may manage the user's account through the WorkDesk24 web application.
